The aim of the Building Control Service is to apply the Building Regulations and associated legislation to provide healthy, safe, accessible and energy efficient buildings within the District
As our Support Technician /Trainee Building Control Officer, it will be your job to undertake the initial assessment of building regulation applications, assist with site inspections along with other duties to assist with the running of the service. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team player who is ready to commit to a rewarding career in building control. Join us and you will receive on the job training and support to complete a relevant qualification.
