Senior/Building Control Surveyor (EBUC010)
Package up to £46,000 pa
(Includes market supplement of £4,000 pa)
Mid Sussex is an ambitious authority with one of the most significant programmes of growth in the south east. Depending on your qualifications and experiences, we are looking for either a senior or building control surveyor to help us to deliver a high quality Building Control service, if you are pro-active and enthusiastic, then you should apply. This is a full time position but part time hours/flexible working is a possibility.
With excellent communication and organisational skills, you will be able to plan and coordinate a wide range of tasks. These will include assessments of plans and carrying out site inspections to ensure that projects complies with the Building Regulations and delivery of a successful service.
