Performance and Community Services Support Officer (RBPS040)
Salary £22,401 pa - £24,657 pa 

We are looking for an organised and efficient person to join our team, working in a busy, friendly, and sometimes challenging environment. You will need to provide excellent administrative support to the Community Services, Policy and Performance and Partnerships Business Unit and act as the main administrator for the Pentana performance management system, which monitors progress against performance indicator targets for all of the Council’s services.

You will be delivering administrative and marketing support to a Business Unit that delivers a broad range of services to our community. Your responsibilities will include the provision of organisational and administrative support to a variety of partnership meetings and events, including the preparation of supporting papers and minutes.  You will also be responsible for supporting the Business Unit’s community consultation and marketing of our services, for example through the use of social media.  The role requires the delivery of a full range of office administrative support, including updating of office records; the processing of orders and invoices; and budget monitoring.  The post also entails assisting with the regular reporting of performance management information across the Council, through the Pentana system for which full training will be provided.

You should be capable of using your own initiative and have proven administrative and organisational ability, with proficient IT skills.
